Telephone (IVR) Self Service
Step 1: Dial 03-9543 8100 and select your preferred language
Step 2: Key in your 12-digit Astro smartcard number, followed by the # key for Prepaid Balance
Step 3: Select Option 1 to Top-up your smartcard
Note: The expiry date will be shown on the prepaid voucher. Customers are advised to check and activate the 16-digit-code before the expiry date.
